Only verified medical doctors are eligible to create an mdinbox.com email address. Verification is required and subject to our approval process.

2. Use of Service

You agree to:

• Use your mdinbox.com email for lawful, professional communication
• Not impersonate another individual or falsely claim credentials
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Not use the service to send spam, threats, or illegal content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.

3. Account Verification

All accounts must pass manual verification by our team. If we cannot verify your credentials, your application will be declined and any submitted data deleted.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on mdinbox.com, including logos, branding, and domain structure, is owned by mdinbox.com and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Email Availability

Requested email addresses are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred handle is already taken, we will offer alternatives.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you:

• Are found to have falsified your credentials
• Use the service in violation of applicable laws
• Compromise the security or reputation of the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a secure and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or data preservation. We are not liable for loss of data, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Subscription and Pricing

mdinbox.com is a subscription-based service. We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. However, you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance of any price changes affecting your plan. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

10. Payment Terms

Payments are due in advance of each subscription period. Accepted payment methods will be listed during checkout. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.

11. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time if the user cancels before the end of a billing cycle.

12. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and complying with professional standards and applicable laws. You are also responsible for managing and backing up any important content from your account.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oslo, Norway.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, or widespread internet outages.
